Following are the steps in selection process that every candidate has to follow.

Step 1 - We receive requirements from our clients. After receiving the confirmation, we start the candidate’s hiring process. It includes checking our database, advertising on different job portals, connecting with agents, etc.

Step 2 - Our expert team of human resource shortlist candidates based on their profile and forward it to the client.

Step 3 - The client undertakes the interview. It can be of multiple rounds based on the profile and requirements.

Step 4 - Employers release work permit for the shortlisted candidates. Next, the candidate gets his medical test done.

Step 5 - Candidates who fulfil the fitness requirements get a work visa.
